Under Florida law, an equine activity sponsor or equine professional is not liable for an injury to, or the death of, a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities.

Equine Activity Release and Hold Harmless Agreement

I your name the undersigned have read and understand and freely and voluntarily enter into this Release and Hold Harmless agreement with Triple C Ranch understanding that this Release and Hold Harmless is a waiver of any and all liability.

I understand the potential dangers that I or my child could encounter in mounting, dismounting, riding, walking, boarding, grooming, feeding, tacking., or any other interaction with any horse. Understanding those risks I hereby release Triple C Ranch, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees and anyone else directly or indirectly connected with Triple C Ranch from any liability whatsoever in the event of injury or damage of any nature including death to me, my child or anyone caused by my electing to mount, ride, walk, board, groom, feed or otherwise interact with any horse owned or boarded by Triple C Ranch.

I understand and recognize and warrant that this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement is being voluntarily and intentionally signed and agreed to. By signing this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement, I agree and understand I am releasing Triple C Ranch from any liability whatsoever involved in me or my child mounting, dismounting, riding, walking, boarding, grooming, feeding, tacking, or any other interaction with any horse or any other animal on the property.

I recognize and agree that Triple C Ranch are prudent, responsible equine professionals. I agree and acknowledge that as prudent equine professionals they have made reasonable and prudent efforts to reasonably and responsibly reduce any injury or accident. I also understand, acknowledge and agree that it’s impossible to foresee, predict, or avoid unforeseen circumstances and while all efforts have been made to eliminate any danger, injury or accident, unforeseen circumstances may arise and I release and hold harmless Triple C Ranch from any liability in those unforeseen circumstances.

I further voluntarily agree and warrant to Release and Hold Harmless Triple C Ranch from any liability whatsoever including but not limited to any incident caused by or related to any equine activity at their facility or on public or private lands while leasing or riding one of their horses. This includes any injury, including death, or damage to property related to riding, mounting, dismounting walking, grooming, feeding, boarding, use of barn or paddock.

We use these details only to keep a record of your agreement and to reach you or your emergency contact about your ride. Signed records are stored in the ranch’s private admin area, not on the public website. Your device’s IP address and browser are recorded with your signature as evidence of signing.
